Welcome to Fund100, a fundraising platform owned and operated by Vault100 LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using Fund100, you agree to these Terms.

1. PLATFORM PURPOSE

Fund100 allows users to create digital fundraising boards where supporters donate money by selecting numbered squares.

Fund100 is not a bank, escrow service, charity organization, or investment platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using Fund100 you confirm:

  • •You are legally able to enter agreements

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Fund100 uses Stripe for payment processing.

Users must connect a Stripe account before creating fundraisers.

Fund100 does not store payment card information.

Stripe may charge separate processing fees.

4. PLATFORM FEES

Fund100 charges:

  • •9% platform fee on all online donations
  • •No minimum fee — small transactions are calculated strictly by percentage

Fees are automatically deducted during payment processing.

5. FUND DISTRIBUTION

Fund100 does NOT hold donor money.

6. CASH DONATIONS

Creators may manually record offline cash donations.

Creators are solely responsible for cash donation accuracy.

7. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are fully responsible for:

  • •truthful fundraising purpose
  • •legal compliance
  • •proper use of raised funds

Fund100 does not verify fundraisers before publication.

8. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not use Fund100 for:

  • •fraud
  • •illegal fundraising
  • •misleading campaigns
  • •hate speech
  • •offensive content
  • •money laundering
  • •impersonation

9. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Users may upload:

  • •fundraiser title
  • •fundraiser description
  • •cover photos
  • •supporter messages

Users retain ownership but grant Fund100 permission to publicly display content.

10. REPORTING ABUSE

Users may report suspicious fundraisers.

Fund100 reserves the right to investigate and remove content without notice.

11. NO PRE-SCREENING

Fund100 does not verify fundraiser legitimacy before publication.

Fundraisers go live immediately after creation.

Users donate at their own discretion.

12. REFUNDS

Fund100 does not directly process refunds.

Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through Stripe.

13. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Fund100 may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.

14. ACCOUNT DELETION

Users may request account deletion.

Certain records may remain for fraud prevention, security, payment records, or legal compliance.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, logos, code, and platform technology belong to Vault100 LLC.

16. DISCLAIMER

Fund100 does not guarantee fundraising success.

Fund100 is not responsible for misuse of funds by fundraiser creators.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fund100 and Vault100 LLC are not liable for:

  • •payment disputes
  • •fraudulent fundraisers
  • •financial loss
  • •outages
  • •chargebacks

18. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Fund100 relies on:

Stripe for payment processing

Base44 for infrastructure

Fund100 is not responsible for third-party outages.

19. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, outages, security updates, or technical issues.

20. CHANGES TO TERMS

Fund100 may update Terms at any time.

Continued use means acceptance.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Texas law.
